Fried Sweet Potato Hash & Egg Cakes
I am a big fan of hash browns but potato’s don’t do well with my stomach in the morning, however, sweet potato do just fine. These hash browns are made from sweet potato’s and eggs dropped over it to fry. 2 cups shredded sweet potato 1/3 cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt 2 garlic cloves finely minced 4 eggs Oil for frying Directions Mix together sweet potato, Fage and minced garlic, form into patties and place in well oiled frying pan. Are you looking for a tasty fall treat? These pumpkin spice cookies will get you salivating. For the icing I just used a cream cheese frosting from Pillsbury but you could use any frosting you want. Ingredients 2 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup butter softened 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice For Topping 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice for sprinkling cream cheese frosting Directions Preheat oven to 375.
