Review of Outburst Energy Bites
My husband works long hours and then comes home to play soccer 3 days a week with his team. Lately he has had less energy and struggling to keep up with the younger guys on his team so I had him try Energy Bites and found that they provided the needed energy to give him the extra push he needed during game nights. He said they taste good to and he likes the chocolate peanut because it reminded him of peanut M & M’s.
I tried them also and found that they did give me energy but I don’t normally take energy supplements other than B12, so would likely not use them plus they have a lot of artificial ingredients and dyes in them that I choose not to consume. To someone who does not care about a product being all natural, Energy Bites would be a good option for them but for me they simply have too many ingredients that I eliminate from my diet (corn syrup, partially hydrogenated palm oil, titanium dioxide as well as corn starch). They do contain some B12 (1.9 MCG) and B6 (.6MG ) but I am used to a much larger dose so that amount would not do anything for me ( I get prescribed shots). I did like the packaging a lot, it’s bright and inviting and the box has a click-in lid that makes it hard for the pieces to fall out.
However, I am a BIG caffeine addict and Energy Bites have a hefty dose of caffeine in each serving, amounting to 3 shots of caffeine in one box (12 bites in a single box) and they are low in calories with just less than 12 calories per bite but they are on the higher side for fat since there’s 2.5 per 4 bites (amounting to 7.5 per box).
If you’re looking to cut down on latte’s and mocha’s but still need the caffeine then Energy Bites may be a good option for you.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
