If you are like most Americans you probably reach for the salt a little too often. I know in my family we were raised on home cooked meals with a lot of salt. I  grew up eating soup with salted pork that my mom would pour sea salt into. I just remember not liking the salt and mom would have to make a little dish separate for me or I simply wouldn’t eat. Look what I ran into! Holy molly that is one HUGE orange gob of pumpkiness!  Do you see what I see, yes  this is pumpkin on steroids. So the question is would you buy a pumpkin like this; that is  so clearly deformed or do you prefer the more perfectly symmetrical ones? What about the flaws in the flesh, is that a no go for you or does it add to the spookiness once the face is carved in?  Personally speaking I think this one would make a great centerpiece for apple bobbing.

My kids are growing up so fast and I thought this year we would not be heading to the pumpkin patch  but then my son decided at the last second [[when it’s pouring a river outside]] that store bought pumpkins are not the same as farm grade ones you get at a patch [[ FYI  they actually are the same pumpkins and are cheaper to boot]].
