Frugal Tip ~ Recycled Wine Bottles
Recycled old wine bottles make perfect containers for flavor infused cooking oils (ie red pepper infused olive oil for a bit of heat). Go for the green glass ones if you can because they protect against oil oxidation. Do not throw away corks, you will need them for these oil bottles!

Review of ResVitale Green Coffee Bean Extract
Review published by Justine Godsil (VA for Emily’s Frugal Tips) After having my son in 2009 I gained 50lbs total from my pregnancy. When he turned three I got serious about losing my extra baby weight. By scaling back on portion sizes, being conscious of turning my bad food habits into good, along with adding a workout regime to my day I lost 15lbs in four months. But my weight loss plateaued after that for months! I jumped on the opportunity to try ResVitale Green Coffee Bean Extract in hopes to start losing weight again. After the first week of taking it regularly 30 minutes before each meal I started…

Daily Tip ~ Shop at The Dollar Tree
A great way to get more out of your food budget each month is to shop at a dollar store. These stores carry many name brands you already buy from the grocery store plus they recently started taking coupons. It is best to check expiration dates, but other than that you should have no issue. Be aware of their coupon policies which state you can only use 2 printable coupons at a time, there is not limit for insert type coupons.

Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
My kids love this chicken pot pie recipe but we normally buy it from the store. Since I am on a health kick again, and hopefully for good this time, we made it homemade. I made this one with a bottom crust and it was too soggy so this recipe omits that bottom crust. This is a very easy chicken pot pie recipe to make and covers your vegetable, meat and bread serving at dinner, so you could technically have this and that’s it. You do not need a lot of cooking experience to make it, which is the way I like to do things. I use organic chicken and…

For food budget, only pay cash and keep to a weekly amount. For example, limit yourself to $100 per week and keep the money in an envelope, paying for food with only money from that envelope. Make sure to use coupons to help stretch those dollars even further.
