Rocky Road Popcorn Recipe

So who’s excited for Halloween? I bet your kids are talking about it already. Stores already have Halloween decorations on display, and I have been seeing people buy them so I know people are starting already. The treats are coming out to but I prefer to make mine because making them is both cheaper and entertainment for my two teens. For this recipe you are going to need

1 – bag of pooped popcorn, lightly salted version if possible

1 – bag of mini marshmallows

1- 8oz bag of almonds

2 – king size chocolate bars

non stick spray oil

large sauce pan

 

Directions

Spray a large saucepan with non stick spray, and place popcorn inside on low heat. Add to the pot 1/2 bag of mini marshmallows, 1/2 bag of almonds, chopped chocolate, and stir constantly until ingredients melt into the popcorn. Turn heat off, and let pan cool down. Once cooled dumped popcorn onto cutting sheet and break into chunks.
