Recently I was asked to review Jungle King Secrets: A Libido-Liberating Lifestyle For Superior Sexual Satisfaction by Paul Adcock. Now, I’m no prude but normally I would not choose such a book for my blog since I try to keep it as family friendly as possible. However, I wanted to do something different in light of Valentine’s Day coming up. So I lined up a range of different product that may spark interest in my readers. Jungle King Secrets is a book on men’s sexual health. Really, the book is ideal for a man to read. I did understand what was inside the book but a lot, if not all of the content is related to men’s sexual health. How to create a healthy body through eating right, understanding the penile system, what vitamins a man should take to help him reach sexual satisfaction. The book is full of great ideas that I’d think most men would find useful.
If you’ve been wondering what you can do to spark a little more romance in your life, perhaps introducing this book to your significant other could help add something new in the bedroom.

What I didn’t like about the book is there isn’t much detail is some sections. The author will be talking about a concept but not explain what and how do what he is saying. Perhaps I just didn’t “get” it because I am a girl but I’m fairly certain I understood enough that there should have been instructions on how to do said task.
What I did like about the book is that it has a lot of information on natural health and diet. There’s even recipes and food suggestion in the book. I thought that was really helpful. There’s recipes for different concoctions that could easily be used in a romantic dinner.
What I learned from the book is that fast food is a bad-bad thing for men’s sexual health. Himalayan salt, cinnamon, cocoa nibs and honey are all great for sexual health in men and women, and stress is very bad for libido. All in all the book contains some great information and is worth reading.
