I am sure you are a fan of strawberry shortcake. This takes it to the next level and decks you out in red, white and blue just in time for The 4th of July!
Directions
We used a Duncan Hines Cake mix baked according to directions but put into a Sweet Creations Bake A Bowl pan. Fresh whipped cream filled the bowls and stevia sweetened watermelon diced small topped it.
We rinsed off the watermelon before cutting it into small pieces using Bed Bath and Beyond’s new Fresh Fruit Bowl. This bowl was also helpful in holding the cooked cake bowls until they were ready to be filled. This bowl is going to come in very handy for 4th of July when i am rinsing all our fresh fruit for our fruit trays!
You can purchase this Fresh Fruit Bowl exclusively at Bed Bath and Beyond.

How did you make the blue parts of the watermelon shortccake? It’s probably staring me in the face, but I can’t seem to see it.
