Review of Thera PEARL Shin Wraps

My husband plays soccer several times a week and he always comes home in pain, every time. It never fails that the pain generates in either the shin or ankle area. In rare instances the top part of his foot will hurt. He’s often kicked in the shin, requiring ice to reduce the swelling. It was exciting to receive a pair of shim wraps from Thera PEARL. We had never heard of this brand before but my husband was definitely interested.

We like that you can pop it in the microwave and not have to worry about it melting. Believe it or not but I’ve actually experience a name brand product melt in the microwave when the packaging said it was safe. So as you can imagine I was a little nervous waiting patiently to see if the end result would be a gooey mess. It wasn’t. It is also able to go into the freezer.

Thera PEARL Shin Wraps have two adjustable straps but sadly I noticed the upper strap was just a tad too tight for my husbands calf. He does have larger calf muscle but because his legs are so thin it’s never been an issue before.
