enLiven Probiotic Yogurt Review

 enLiven Probiotic Yogurt

Recently I had the chance to try enLiven Probiotic Yogurt. It comes in 4 different flavors: blueberry, peach, strawberry, and vanilla bean. They come in a 4 pack and are available exclusively at Wal-Mart stores for under $2! I tried the peach and blueberry flavors and loved them. They taste like regular yogurt but it’s made with Probiotic Ganeden BC30, is low fat, and low cost. I like that the yogurt is good for you and helps the digestion tract. enLiven states that 70 percent of our  immune system is actually living in the digestion tract, so eating probiotic yogurt helps reinforce a strong digestion tract. Each yogurt cup has 110 calories, is 99 percent fat free, low in sodium, and cost on average costs 47 cents per serving!
What did my family think about this yogurt? The 12 year old loved it but my 9 yr old son did not. I think this has to do more with the fact there are no cartoon figures on the packaging than the actual taste of the yogurt. I enjoyed both flavors and would definitely purchase this yogurt in the future. My husband does not care for yogurt but he did try the strawberry flavor and said it wasn’t bad.
enLiven was kind enough to offer my fans some coupon for FREE yogurt! Wed Dec, 14th I’ll be giving those out during a flash giveaway!
