Make Your Own: Curry Powder Recipe
Curry powder is a spice used in Middle Eastern, and Eastern Indian recipes. Used for generations, and thousands of years, this versatile spice goes good with practically anything you throw at it.
My make your own: curry powder recipe is fast, and easy. It takes less then 5 minutes to prepare, is made from authentic ingredients, and tastes great. The spice is a mix of widely varying composition, and is based on a traditional curry you would find in India. When I make curry at home I typically use it in vegetable or chicken curry, and top the curry dish over a bed of Jasmine rice.

2 TBS Coriander
1 TBS Turmeric
