Perky Spotter Plus Review

Living with 2 children in a home with beige carpet should not be done, ever. It is a miracle we have made it 8 months already with minimal carpet stains.  Luckily I received a bottle of Perky Spotter Plus right before some nice sized food stains appeared on the carpet near the kitchen entry way. I must say I was amazed at how well this product worked on the stains, which you can view below. Not only did it lift the stain completely but it left the original carpet’s color intact. I have found that other products left the carpet lighter in the areas that the cleaner had contact so I was extremely worried that this product would do the same. Thank goodness it did not.

As you can see by the above photos, Perky Cleaner removed the stain completely. There is not even an inkling of a stain left, which is AWESOME! I like that the bottle which is pictured below is easy to pour and comes with a comb to remove the carpet stain.  It is good for small home messes but it is even better for children who need to clean up their own mess because the bottle is not too large and is easy for older children to maneuver.

I cannot speak on uses other than carpet stains because I did not try it on anything else. I can say that for removing carpet stains it worked fabulously. For me, the squirt system worked well because I was able to get just the right amount from the bottle without it pouring all over the place. The cleaner not only neutralizes the stain but also stops the odor in it tracks.

Perky Spotter Plus is tough on water and oil based stains, is stronger competitor brands, it will work on clothing and carpet, and is made in the United States. To use, you simply pour directly onto the stain and use the provided carpet comb to remove the stain, and than gently blot with a towel. The company does suggest that you test on a sample fiber to ensure that the item won’t be discolored before attempting to use on the original stain.
