Gurin Hair Straightener Review #HairStraightener

Recently we had the chance to review a hair straightener by Gurin. It is sold on Amazon here Gurin Ceramic Tourmaline Flat Iron Hair Straightener, 1.25 inch with Carrying Case for $20.95. The straightener does okay, it does what it is supposed to do but I would not say that it is worth the $199 the company claims it is worth. It is definitely not worth more than $30. I have an expensive Chi, and comparing this to that there is no comparison. Now with that being said, this is a good basic hair straightener for someone who cannot afford a more expensive one.

The straightener comes with a velvet carrying pouch that is a nice object to have on hand to store it. You can Straighten, flip and curl your hair using this Gurin product. It has adjustable temperature from 240F to 450F (120C – 220C) to suit all hair types. It has Ceramic/tourmaline plates  that create a shinier, silkier finish in less time. At  1.25 inch plate width, it is wide enough for any hair length and hair types, yet narrow enough for bangs, and can transform frizzy, dull hair into gorgeous straight, sleek locks. I just was not a huge fan of it but it is a good item for traveling, or someone who cannot afford a top notch hair straightener.
