Coloring books for adults has become the latest trend in reducing stress, and increasing longevity. I am not sure why this trend has just emerged, but I am so glad that it is finally getting the recognition it should. The skill of adult coloring include many health benefits that will help you live a healthier lifestyle. Aside from the obvious stress reduction benefits adult coloring offers, it just brightens my day when I start it off by coloring. If I have a stressful day at work I know I can come home and color some more. The best adult coloring books are the ones YOU love to color in, and that depends on what YOU like. Studies have recently shown that when adults color it reduces the likelihood of suffering from depression. It can also help those who suffer from chronic mental illnesses. I love these mandala coloring books by Wendy Piersall. They are my favorite adult coloring books right now, and I love to use watercolor pencils to color the pictures. These books are single sided so you do not have to worry about bleeding.

Wendy Piersall is a great artist. Her designs just make me want to keep on coloring for hours. Every book she does contains unique designs for all colorists, and the designs are frame worthy. Those looking for beginner adult coloring books will love these even though they are not only for beginners. They really are great for all levels of colorists. There is no stopping an advanced colorist from using these books because they definitely contain some work that could be used some more advanced artists. If you are looking for advanced adult coloring books please don’t pass these up because they are fantastic.
