As most of you know I am low carbing these days. Unfortunately that means no bread for me. So I went on the search for a bread alternative and found the perfect one.
Almond Flax Bread over at Healthy Real Food Vegetarian
The recipe turned it perfect. I did make one small change to it. I wanted hoagie style breads to use in sandwiches for when I am working as a sub at the school district. I used a Good Cook mini loaf pan instead of a full loaf pan and I made all 4 loafs.
I sliced the bread lengthwise and added my favorite toppings. This is the perfect low carb bread recipe because flax seeds hardly have any carbs in them. Flax seed carbs are almost all fiber!
