Hi guys, today I want to talk about my new 90 day fitness challenge with Journey Gym , an at home gym system consisting of resistance training and sculpting. It is a 90 day challenge consisting of 70 days of virtual challenges that I will be embarking on. I will be updating you with my progress as the weeks go on. You can expect a new video every two weeks and I will show you how to use the machine, what progress I’ve made and any weight loss that has occurred.
My goal with Journey Gym is to lose 30 pounds in the next 90 days and of course, the goal is to get more fit and to have noticeable results that show my weight loss journey . After the 90 days I hope to continue on the journey Gym fitness path to reach my fitness goal. I am hoping to become more fit and lose weight in the process.
