Revolt Fitness Weeks 1-2 Recap
As most of you know, my husband and I are on a path to better health. We recently teamed up with Revolt Fitness to get in shape for Summer. Week 2 of Revolt Fitness just ended and we are now onto week 3. I think it would be good to give you a week 1-2 recap so you know how it went.
Week one my husband looked like this
… by the end of week 2 he had lost 5 pounds. We do not own the body fat caliper yet so I am not sure how much body fat he has lost but I can see a difference. His stomach fat has gone down a lot and it looks like his chest has slimmed down to. I am not able to post an after photo right now because I do not believe the photo even compares to what we’re doing yet. There’s just not that much of a difference in him yet.
I am going to be honest, I cheated a lot in week 2. By the end of Week 2 I crashed and ate everything in site , mine and the neighbors share of fast food. It seems like the moment I am told I can only eat what’s on a list is the moment I want everything that’s not on the list. So here is hoping week 3 goes better for me. So unfortunately, I did not lose any weight yet.
My husband had no issues with the diet although he was slightly hungry but after talking with Nichole I realized I was feeding him the wrong serving size.
One of the funniest things I think I have heard in week 2, is him saying after a workout, saying to himself “ugh I do not even want to look at that woman for the rest of the night. she’s evil.” He wasn’t talking about me for once 😉 He was talking about Nichole Huntsman and the workout she had just led him through on video.
Week 3 food is looking really good. There is egg white, spinach and cheese mini quiche, chocolate, steak and more. I have to say I am actually looking forward to the quiche, I was making them today for the week and they taste really good.
I am also going to make it my goal to get through the week without any cheats. I will update you on my progress.
