Week 1-2 with Nutrisystem were a success. I had fully intended to do week one post separately but then I got super busy and just could not make the time to sit down and write it up. So here is week one and two summed up. I will start fresh in week three with a brand new post. Next week I think I am going to do a food post so you know what I am eating.
Week one went really well. I stuck to the plan without a single cheat. I had some hunger though, actually I’ve had some hunger into week two as well. I am just now starting to feel less hunger. I have to own up to not drinking the protein shakes though. So my hunger is probably associated with that. Instead of the protein shake I eat a string cheese in the morning.I will likely start the shakes in week three.
I really like the fact this diet is a diets to go program, meaning the food is shipped to you and you just pick up a few addon items. It makes life so much easier when you are working outside the home.
I lost 6. 5 pounds in week one!!!!! My losses won’t always be that huge. I drank a LOT of water that first week and they say you will gain some of the weight back to due water weight.
Struggled: WATER. You have to drink two of 32 oz bottles daily. When I was on vacation it was not a problem but since returning to work it has been a huge obstacle. Speaking of vacation, this diet to go was super easy to follow while on vacay because the food is portable!
TOM is here and I told myself I would not weight in this week because I have been dealing with crazy cravings, a birthday cake mishap and I stole 3 pieces of my son’s sweet and sour chicken. Other than that I stuck to the plan. I ended up loses 1.5 pounds this week!
Total pounds lost to date
I have a special treat coming up. I am not sure I’ll be able to share it in week three because I am not sure it will arrive in time but if it does I will REVEAL my secret.
Nutrisystem has provided Emily’s Frugal Tips the Nutrisystem program free of charge in exchange for sharing my journey with you. Regardless, I review things that I am interested in and my opinions are my own.
