Join me and my husband in an exciting opportunity to transform your body with the help of Nichole Huntsman, body builder extraordinaire. The workouts are IN-TENSE , the diet plan a little crazy. We are only on day 3 but I can tell you from what we have seen so far leads me to believe we are in for an exciting journey of discovering ourselves, learning more about what our body needs and what our mind tricks us to believe we “need” such as those Cadberry eggs all over town 😉

Sooo jealous you have your husband doing this with you. I tried to convince mine to, but so far no luck!

last night’s workout was really hard and I couldn’t do some of the moves but with time I think I will adapt:)
