Recipe for Spicy Garlic & Chili Coconut Shrimp Wraps
I love cooking exotic foods but they can take too long to make. This recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make and is super yummy! A perfect dinner item even for the kiddos.
*Note: The chili sauce is a specialty item located in the Asian food isle of most grocery stores. It is a Vietnamese sauce. Short clear bottle with red liquid inside. Green cap. I have included an Amazon link for you to purchase if you can’t find it.
1/2 pound peeled shrimp
2 TBS Huey Fong Chili Garlic Sauce located in the Asian foods isle
1 large green bell pepper cut into strips
14 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Large Tortillas for wrapping
Directions
Saute ingredients until cooked through. Toss onto a tortilla and wrap like a burrito.
