My favorite song is “Here I Go Again” by Whitesnake. It came out around the time I joined the Army Reserves, and was my inspiration – my source of support – that helped me find the strength to make it through Basic Training. I’d joined the military in an attempt to pull myself out of the shell I created after a childhood full of bullying and verbal harassment. With the help of this song and others like it, I succeeded. I’d love to win this iPod Touch for my husband – he gave his to our younger daughter for Christmas and misses it (he drives nights for a trucking company).
I love anything by the Eagles because I feel like they are taking about my life sometimes!
