This is a great survey site but it is hard to get into if you are not one of the people they are looking for. I have applied many times and been denied while my mother got accepted and then my Hispanic husband applied and was accepted right away.

Opinion Outpost sends a lot of surveys and free product reviews. Each survey is .50 cents up to $5.00. Each survey is between 5 minutes and 45 minutes long with most being between 5 and 20 minutes long. Product reviews include anything from lotion, shampoo, food, diapers, cereal, lunchables, cookies, microwavable dinners, paper towels and more.
You do not have to do each survey or partake in the product reviews. If you do participate in the product reviews they are always confidential so you are never allowed to discuss what you have received, such as a certain brand of product.

This week I want to focus on one of my absolute favorites called Valued Opinions.
One way I like to make supplemental income is through survey sites such as valued opinions. I do have my favorites and there are those that I choose not do. I really like this survey and have been a member for over 5 years now. The main reason that I like them is that there is such a variety of surveys to choose from and you are never obligated to do any of them. They won’t remove you from the site for poor performance like some of the other sites do. The best part of the program I think is they pay with real money, it’s not a points based system.
Payment
Valued Opinions pays really well. I have seen their surveys pay $5 every now and then and there was a time or two in the 5+ years I’ve been using them that I received special surveys that paid even more than that. Typically, however, the pay grade is right around $1.50-$2 each survey. The payment is based on how long the survey takes. I have ran into .50 surveys and they have always been very quick to do so the money adds up fast.
You get a choice between different types of gift cards, including Visa, Amazon and Macy’s. The down side is there is not a lot to choose from but since they offer a Visa prepaid card and Visa can be used anywhere that accepts credit cards it isn’t a big deal to me.
You get to claim your rewards as soon as you hit payment threshold. For Amazon it is $20, Visa is $30 and Macy’s is also $20. It does not take long to earn these amounts and as a new member you will earn it very quick.
How do you do the surveys?
Surveys come to your email like pictured above. DON”T worry, the picture above seems like a lot of emails but I used my search feature to search for them all since they all came at different time. These all did not come at once:) You do have to fill out an initial demographic and profile survey so they can get to know you and know which surveys to send you way. The close your profile is at 100% the better the surveys will be. these profile survey do not take long at all and pay off in the end. Also you don’t have to do them all at once and they aren’t even required but they do help you get better surveys.

Would you like to get items for free like I do? It’s simple really and takes me no more than 30 minutes a day, often a lot less than that even. I got the pots and pans you see in my pictures completely free. I’ve received other freebies over the years as well. The most recent items are boots, school clothing, video games, groceries and much more completely free. How I get these items is really easy.
I use two programs exclusively to earn free gift cards and PayPal money. I also use a few Survey sites to earn cash or electronics. You can earn much more than gift cards and paypal but I prefer to cash out for those items because I use my rewards money to purchase things we need for my family. Actually, the survey sites I like to save up until Christmas time and then cash out to use on gifts, that way I’m not spending all our hard earned money of stuff I’m just giving away anyway:)

I use Swagbucks search engine to search for anything I would normally use Google for. You earn points randomly by using their search engine to search for things. There’s really no rhyme or reason to how the rewards works on the search engine part, you just want to use it whenever you need to search something. In addition to the search engine Swagbucks also has surveys, games, and other reward point’s opportunities. SuperPoints is my favorite reward’s program because it’s so darn easy to earn with them. All you do is push a button called Super Lucky Button. The thing a lot of people forget to do is complete their advanced profile. If you don’t complete that you are stuck at 5 spins. Once you complete the advanced profile which takes about 1 minute to complete you get 30 spins a day. As low as 600 points gives you an Amazon gift card plus there are Paypal money options, electronics, and other gift cards like Starbucks, Home Depot, ect. Valued Opinions is the survey site I use most frequently because the surveys are shorter and pay more. They also have a lot of survey options. I’m able to make at least $100 every month just by completing surveys from this site. Some of the surveys are for your children so you don’t need to do much more than supervise them. So it’s crossing the line into child labor but hey, moma’s gotta eat rightJ. Each survey pays out up to $5 and on rare occasions they pay more than that. The average pay for a survey is around $2.00. I once had a Nelson Home Scan before I started using coupons years ago. I was stupid and didn’t use it so they requested I send it back. To this day I regret what I did because this is an excellent program to be in.
It’s very easy to use. you sign up and they send you a hand scanner and charger. What you do is scan everything you buy that has a bar code. You earn points from your scans. Those points add up and you can turn them in for merchandise or gift cards. There’s also a monthly drawing and when I was a member I knew of a couple people who won!
